We find ourselves with the need to expand the house, in addition to achieving more light and energy efficiency in this house between party walls and with only one façade. This is achieved by increasing the height of the space under the roof, with a new wooden roof and the opening of a terrace. The new facades are made with a SATE system (thermal insulation for the outside) and the wooden roof with a good thickness of insulation to resist the cold and heat due to the area where it is located.
