Isolated single-family house in an idyllic setting in the north of the island of Ibiza, following the aesthetics of Ibizan houses with a modern, functional and efficient design without losing the charm given by the interior structure, where the typical wood of the island, juniper, has been used.

It is a large house where the aim was to maintain the old structure and distribution as much as possible and it has been adapted to the new needs of the owners, achieving a spacious, comfortable and beautiful home.

We find ourselves with the need to expand the house, in addition to achieving more light and energy efficiency in this house between party walls and with only one façade. This is achieved by increasing the height of the space under the roof, with a new wooden roof and the opening of a terrace.
