The need for space for the family and the qualities that were required of the spaces, conditioned and shape the distribution of the project. Old elements of the house were recovered, carpentry, pavements, the soaking of the courtyard, which have maintained much of the character that the house had. At the same time, new elements have been incorporated into the design to improve natural light, the interior climate and the visuals of the house. Insulating, improving humidity conditions, heating efficiently give an extra to the whole in the most sensory and experiential comfort part of the new home.
